Production Director Role

The role of Production Director is to lead a dedicated vertical, overseeing end-to-end production processes and client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Production, this position will manage a team of Creative Producers (project managers) to ensure seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.

This role requires strong production background and excellent client-servicing skills to ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to internal and external processes, and team empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all stages of production projects within the designated vertical, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and effective project management.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with internal and external processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Oversight of project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within BFSI sectors.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
