About the Role
  • We're seeking a creative and strategic Art Director to lead our visual identity and design culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong brand language across multiple formats, including web, print, social media, events, video, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead design initiatives, from concept to delivery, ensuring excellence in every output.
  • Integrate Gen-AI tools into your workflow to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our video team to create cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics.
  • Establish scalable design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts to streamline quality and productivity.
  • Mentor and coach graphic designers, motion artists, and freelancers to foster a culture of critique and craft.
  • Work closely with Editorial, Marketing, Events, and Product teams to ensure every touchpoint is on-brand.
  • Elevate every output to gold-standard quality – visually striking, strategically effective, and on time.
Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae), Figma, and bonus points for Blender/C4D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps.
  • Proven use of Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation or production, with ability to write, refine, and share effective prompt libraries.
  • Expert eye for typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz & brand systems.
  • Strong storytelling and strategy skills, with ability to sell concepts in the boardroom.
  • Tastemaker, strategic thinker, detail-obsessive, feedback-giver, boundary-pusher, builder of legacy, not just assets.
