Senior Art Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Art Director to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for innovative design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual solutions.

The Senior Art Director will oversee the entire creative output of the agency, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in design. This includes conceptualizing and executing high-quality creative assets that resonate with real estate audiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the creative team, setting a high standard for visual design across all mediums. They will also develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.

In addition, the Senior Art Director will ensure that all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines. They will stay updated on design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices, collaborating with developers, photographers, and external vendors to deliver seamless creative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the creative team, setting a high standard for visual design.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, photographers, and external vendors to deliver seamless creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
