About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial conceptualization to on-site execution, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop clear diagrams using AutoCAD for effective project communication with stakeholders and team members.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Liaise with government departments, utilizing strong professional contacts for project facilitation and successful collaboration.
  • Prepare technical drawings and presentations for client interactions, showcasing expertise in design and project management.
  • Implement design concepts aligned with client requirements, demonstrating creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Collaborate with construction professionals and project teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Demonstrate expertise in 3D software and design aptitude, driving project success through innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • B. Arch/M. Arch degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Good liaising experience with strong professional contacts in government departments.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, and other industry-standard software.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards, with a focus on delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Creative mindset with strong visualization skills, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently, with a track record of success in meeting deadlines and achieving project goals.
