About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Artist to join our team. As a key member of our digital twin development group, you will be responsible for creating cutting-edge virtual environments that bring architectural and urban planning concepts to life.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of digital twin technology. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and developers to craft immersive and interactive visualizations that drive smarter decisions and engaging user experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop large-scale, photorealistic environments (buildings, cities, interiors) in Unreal Engine.
  2. Create high-quality 3D assets (architecture, props, foliage, lighting, materials) using your expertise in modeling, texturing, and optimization.
  3. Integrate CAD/BIM/Revit data into interactive Unreal environments, ensuring seamless alignment with technical specs.
  4. Optimize asset and scene performance to meet real-time benchmarks.
  5. Provide art direction and mentorship to junior artists, driving consistency in visual standards.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical requirements are translated into compelling visualizations.
  7. Develop and improve workflows for CAD/BIM data import into Unreal, streamlining the pipeline for efficient project delivery.
  8. Ensure accuracy and fidelity in alignment with architectural drawings and design intent.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in 3D Art, Architecture, Computer Graphics, Game Design, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in 3D art/environment design, with 3+ years focused on Unreal Engine (architectural visualization/digital twins).
  • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine, including environment creation, 3D modeling, texturing, and optimization.
  • Strong artistic sense of scale, realism, and composition.
  • Familiarity with Blueprints, LOD generation & asset optimization, GIS, IoT, or real-time data integration within Unreal.
