Job Description

As a Sales Support Executive, you will be at the heart of our sales growth, providing operational support and driving pipeline management. This role is an opportunity to learn the ropes of SaaS sales and operations while interacting daily with prospects and managing CRM data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Scheduling:
    • Engage with prospective customers through various channels.
    • Schedule and coordinate calls between prospects and the CRO.
    • Draft and respond to emails ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management:
    • Update and maintain Pipedrive with lead information and activities.
    • Perform daily CRM hygiene checks to ensure data accuracy.
    • Track lead generation and ensure opportunities are not missed.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting:
    • Take notes during meetings and capture action items.
    • Support weekly Revenue Stand-Up meetings and track progress.
    • Draft agreements, proposals, and contracts, and ensure pricing compliance.
  • Marketing & Thought Leadership:
    • Assist in content creation and social media posts to build the company brand.
    • Review contracts and agreements for consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive experience is a plus).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, or health tech is a big advantage.
