Key responsibilities include developing strategies for market expansion, building relationships with customers and regulators, leading professional teams, and delivering services in accordance with quality management guidelines.

  • Familiarize yourself with the VT landscape in India, including customer, competitor, authority, and regulatory aspects.
  • Provide market insights for updating and refining the VT strategy for India.

Business Development and Sales

  • Develop a business development strategy to implement the growth plan provided by the BU LCC and TÜV SÜD South Asia, meeting agreed sales targets.
  • Promote TÜV SÜD as a leading VT authority in India.
  • Generate sales leads through proactive networking, industry observation, and effective sales channels.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively, understanding their structure, needs, and constraints.
  • Expand the business through continuous extension of the customer base and retention.
  • Prepare sales presentations and materials in collaboration with the BU LCC and marketing department.
  • C coordinate with global VT experts for joint customer presentations and visits.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other TÜV SÜD subsidiaries.
  • Monitor upcoming events, such as trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences, and prepare and coordinate TÜV SÜD's participation.

Operations and Resources

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations according to QMS and customer satisfaction.
  • P&L responsibility for VT activities in India.
  • Prepare regular progress reports.
  • Plan and manage resources.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead further VT experts.
  • Ensure VT experts receive necessary training for individual roles and authorization levels.
  • Authorize VT experts internally, following QMS.
