Job Title: Sales Director
Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our growth strategy in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business results through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments with high potential for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular sales forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute lead generation and conversion strategies
- Negotiate deals, pricing, and contract terms with clients while ensuring alignment with company goals
- Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in industry)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting software
- International sales experience an asset
