Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive new client acquisition for our US IT staffing division. This is a key role that focuses on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients.

This individual will play a critical part in expanding our market presence within the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving business growth from day one.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing & Recruitment. They must possess strong existing client relationships and the ability to generate immediate business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development
  • Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners
  • Create and execute strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans
  • Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts
  • Establish service agreements and foster long-term client relationships

US Staffing Expertise:

  • Deep expertise of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
  • Proven track record in successful consultant placements
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performing staffing sales team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
  • Strong existing client relationships with ability to generate immediate business
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
