Director of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR professional to lead our organization's human resources functions. The successful candidate will drive business results through effective workforce management, strategic talent acquisition, and proactive performance evaluation.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional service and support
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring, ensuring timely and quality placements
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Analyze and optimize workload distribution across departments, recommending staffing adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- 5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in leadership required
- Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning
- HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, ADP)
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- HR analytics and reporting tools
