Human Resources Director

  • Draft and review HR policies in accordance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Evaluate compliance with all legal and statutory obligations across regions.

Culture & Engagement:

  • Develop initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive company culture.
  • Ensure employees feel connected and valued by embodying the company's vision.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with teams across locations to understand concerns and drive solutions.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
  • Built a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing.
  • Create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Performance & Development:

  • Implement and manage KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Possess an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Hold 5+ years of HR experience with exposure to Indian labor laws, policy drafting, employee engagement, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Have hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in L&D or training industry (helpful to understand business context).
  • Certification in labor law, HR analytics, or employee relations.
