Human Resources Leader Position

This key role is accountable for leading the strategic direction of the HR function, championing a positive organisational culture and driving employee engagement.

The Human Resources Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This includes creating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The role involves providing expert advice on employment law, talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning. You will also be responsible for managing HR budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.

You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement business-driven HR solutions that drive business outcomes. This will include identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. In addition, you must have a proven track record of delivering results in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in this area.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and navigate complex organisational change. The successful candidate will be able to provide insightful guidance and support to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
