Job Opportunity

This role is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership position in Human Resources. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for driving talent initiatives that propel our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, and general administration matters.
  • Oversee and manage C-level projects on behalf of the executive team.
  • Develop and implement HR best practices, policies, and procedures across multiple teams.
  • Lead and build a professional HR organization.
  • Monitor and mitigate company risk, ensuring compliance with governance regulations.
  • Drive the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings across all domains of the HR portfolio.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on HR processes and programs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and leverage insights in support of talent strategy development and execution.
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Manage vendor and customer contracts.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations on business problems, projects, or initiatives.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and insights in influencing stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced experience managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience building trust and relationships with stakeholders.
