Job Opportunity: Senior Human Resources and Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Mumbai. The Senior Manager HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR department, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing recruitment processes, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Lead recruitment processes to attract top talent and ensure diversity and inclusion.
  • Administer employee benefits, including compensation, time off, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance to employees as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR management, preferably in the industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
