Strategic Business Development Leader

The ideal candidate will be a strategic business development leader with extensive experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) process. They should have knowledge of metrics and calculations, as well as leadership capabilities including the ability to organize human resources to attain goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing innovative strategies to improve business delivery.
  • Establishing pilot A/R processes and devising strategies to improve collections.
  • Understanding revenue cycle management and KPIs standards to optimize insurance collection.
  • Understanding all downstream revenue cycle offices: Payment Posting, AR Followup/Denial Management, & Patient Billing.
  • Understanding various provider specialties.
  • Ensuring portfolios meet client and internal company performance benchmarks.
  • Developing management capabilities and business acumen of direct reporters and team members.
  • Executing organization policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Demonstrating leadership skills managing 5-10 teams.
  • Exceling in verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Performing annual performance review/appraisals and creating weekly reports.

Candidate requirements include:

  • 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process with knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Either Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager experience.
  • Handled a team of 150+ employees.
  • Leadership capabilities including ability to organize human resources to attain goals.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
