Job Title: Chief Operating Executive

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the enterprise's financial performance, drive strategic growth initiatives, and lead the company into a new era of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end financial performance of the organization, ensuring profitable growth and maximum value creation.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business expansion, operational improvements, and technological advancements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate contracts, build partnerships, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement through data-driven decision making and digital transformation.
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience, vendor development, and strategic sourcing to ensure the long-term sustainability of the business.
  • Establish a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) and empowering team members to take ownership of their work.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • Proven track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts; Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or heavy engineering background preferred.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen (pricing, mix, working capital, project IRR) and stakeholder management (banks, auditors, boards).
  • People leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture.
  • Education: Engineering (preferred) + MBA/PGDM desirable.
