Job Title – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of our manufacturing business.

The ideal candidate will define the company's long-term vision, lead product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering, identify and expand into new domestic and international markets, ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations, implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices, maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards, own and deliver the P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts, drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability, develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer base, build and lead a high-performing executive and management team, promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence, lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies, collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making, and represent the company as an industry leader in mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that drives growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new products, technologies, and services that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion into new domestic and international markets.
  • Ensure the effective management of resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of executives and managers who share a passion for innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Represent the company as an industry leader in mechanical engineering and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
