Strategic Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

The Strategic Human Resources Manager is responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational outcomes. This involves partnering with business leaders to understand priorities and implement people strategies that generate value and enhance organizational effectiveness.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation abilities, and HR expertise. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR metrics and systems, as well as proficiency in HRIS software and databases.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop HR strategies that align with and support company goals, foster a positive work environment through excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate stakeholder management skills influencing and partnering with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to generate value through strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and foster an organizational design and culture that supports business growth and employee engagement through talent development initiatives.
  • Analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience through process improvement.
  • Ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving business demands through talent readiness and change management initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with leaders to design and execute programs effectively through leadership support and innovation in people initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance management lifecycle to foster a culture of high performance through effective performance management systems and capability-building interventions.
  • Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience aiming to improve retention and motivation through employee relations and employee experience.
  • Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR-related matters including decisions, processes, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Hold 8-12 years of HR experience preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
