Organizational Change Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising people-related solutions to drive business growth. This involves crafting a people strategy that enables organizations to achieve their ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic partnerships with senior leaders to provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related matters.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop comprehensive people plans that yield lasting change in the business.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design compelling propositions for talent acquisition, career development, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Apply data analytics strategically, identifying trends in qualitative and quantitative data to enhance organizational health and inform decisions on succession planning and career growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of people dynamics within the organization to ensure a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR across talent management, employee engagement & retention.
  • Ability to work in complex environments.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; displays strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change.
