About this role

We are seeking a seasoned innovation strategist to drive growth and transformation within our organization.

This individual will leverage their expertise in identifying, validating, and scaling new business opportunities to propel our company forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning category P&L & operating cadence: Setting revenue, margin, and efficiency targets for the category, running weekly/monthly reviews, enforcing unit-economics guardrails, and course-correcting decisively.
  • Growth strategy & portfolio architecture: Defining segment focus, propositions, pricing/packaging, and geo priorities, translating into a ruthlessly prioritized, ROI-backed execution roadmap.
  • Experimentation at scale: Building a disciplined test-and-learn engine across product, tech, ops, and marketing with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and scale/kill decisions.
  • Full-funnel ownership: Orchestrating acquisition → conversion → retention levers end-to-end, tightening handoffs, reducing leakage, expanding LTV, and stabilizing predictable revenue.
  • Team leadership & org enablement: Hiring and leading a cross-functional squad, setting OKRs, coaching for performance, and driving adoption of playbooks through SOPs and change management.
  • Analytics, forecasting & risk: Standing up trustworthy dashboards and models (cohort, funnel, demand/supply), running scenario planning, and proactively mitigating revenue risk.
  • Execution excellence & governance: Converting strategy into quarterly plans, managing dependencies and partners, and upholding high standards on data hygiene, compliance, and review rituals.
  • Efficiency & automation: Continuously improving processes and internal tools, deploying automation and AI where material to speed, accuracy, or cost—scaling growth at optimal unit economics.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as an entrepreneur, founder, or in a founder's office role in a startup/high-growth environment.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of healthcare, wellness, or tech-enabled consumer markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to ideate and execute innovative business strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong networking skills with experience in building strategic partnerships.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Education: Graduate plus MBA from a premium institution (Tier 1 preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years in consulting, startups, or health-tech ventures.
