Job Description:

Develop and lead customer-centric creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Design compelling marketing narratives that capture audience attention and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital experiences across websites, social media, email, and paid advertising channels.
  • Translate customer insights, trends, and data into actionable creative concepts that improve retention rates and sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Drive innovative thinking in campaign development, focusing on customer experience and engagement.
  • Partner with marketing and content teams to develop integrated messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits and promotions.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives are met.

Content Planning & Messaging

  • Develop messaging frameworks that emphasize product value propositions and lifestyle narratives.
  • Work closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns.
  • Support personalization efforts and dynamic content strategies to cater to diverse customer segments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
  • Proven track record of developing integrated campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable creative strategies and messaging frameworks.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
