Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager who can drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing business strategies, and delivering successful outcomes in corporate events and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure high-value business deals with corporations and brands.
  • Independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Take ownership of account P&Ls, driving both revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects from pitch to execution across multiple event formats.
Essential Skills
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
  • Strong corporate connections with marketing & procurement heads.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Event production, costing, and budgeting expertise.
