Job Summary:The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing existing customers in the assigned region/geography, focusing on customer retention, annual contract renewal, and up-selling. This office-based position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Implement effective strategies to retain customers and increase revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer feedback and support
- Meet or exceed sales targets, including price increases and new business development
- 4+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer care, preferably in a key account management role
- Excellent customer relationship management skills and strong communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results
- Attractive base salary: ₹9,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum
