Job Summary:

The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing existing customers in the assigned region/geography, focusing on customer retention, annual contract renewal, and up-selling. This office-based position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Implement effective strategies to retain customers and increase revenue
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer feedback and support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including price increases and new business development
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer care, preferably in a key account management role
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and strong communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results
