As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, and fostering a culture of excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and resolving any client concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and day-to-day challenges to provide solutions and support.
  • Account Expansion: Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional products or services to meet client needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and provide heads-up on new development or feature release communication to clients.
  • Renewal Management: Proactively engage with clients to secure renewals on time, monitoring client usage, and satisfaction levels to identify at-risk accounts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key account metrics, such as usage patterns, and customer satisfaction scores, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders to improve overall customer success.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline and a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
