Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to drive repeat business and scheduled customer visits.
- Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations via online platforms to meet customer needs.
- Track and record all sales activities, customer feedback, and interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Monitor and report progress on leads, sales activities, and goals.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software for managing sales and customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in sales or business development.
