Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of Ridezy across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, business development experience, and knowledge of the electric vehicle ecosystem in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a market expansion strategy for scaling Ridezy's operations in new locations.
  • Oversee the procurement, deployment, and optimization of EV fleets in new locations.
  • BUILD relationships with local dealerships, maintenance partners, and delivery aggregators.
  • Develop competitive pricing models and revenue projections for new locations.
  • Liaise with authorities for required permits, incentives, and subsidies for EV operations.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract B2C customers and ensure a high retention rate.
  • Set up SOPs for fleet maintenance, customer support, and service operations.
  • Track key expansion metrics, optimize costs, and improve Ridezy's profitability.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years in business expansion, operations, or fleet management (preferably in mobility, last-mile delivery, or EV industry).
  • Familiarity with the electric vehicle ecosystem in India.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong connections in the mobility, logistics, or transportation industry.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
