Business Development Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic Business Development Specialists to establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions and corporate entities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field outreach, relationship-building, marketing execution, and driving business growth for Tutorac's programs.
Key Responsibilities:- On-Field Business Development:
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers at colleges, training institutes, and corporate offices.
- Develop partnerships and tie-ups for Tutorac's programs.
- Lead Generation & Relationship Management:
- Identify potential clients through market research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Build strong and long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Marketing & Promotional Activities:
- Execute marketing campaigns, workshops, and career programs in collaboration with partner organizations/institutions.
- Represent Tutorac at events, job fairs, and educational expos as required.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Pitch Tutorac's offerings to decision-makers and close deals.
- Meet sales and partnership targets to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (IT, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 1+ years experience in field sales, business development, or institutional tie-ups.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground client meetings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM and lead management tools is a plus.
- Passion for sales, networking, and client relationship management.
