Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our rapidly growing team and support our business development initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, lead generation, and client engagement within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

The candidate will collaborate closely with our experienced scientific team, gaining insights into in silico, AI, and ML applications in drug development, while actively contributing to our strategic growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and researching potential leads within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

Support lead generation activities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

Help manage and update lead information in CRM software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand business outreach.

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for potential clients.

Work closely with the business development team to Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate on digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and lead generation efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Recently completed Degree or Master&aposs degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

Strong interest in business development, sales, and In Silico & AI / ML applications in pharmaceuticals.

Excellent communication skills are must along with interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct market research and Analyze data effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
