Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at ZEISS India.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a sales environment and a proven track record of driving business growth. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or MBA is required. Experience of working with ENT and/or Plastic surgeons is preferred.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing strategic plans to drive sales growth. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities
- Manages existing accounts and develops strategic plans to drive sales growth
- Develops and implements marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Provides regular sales and marketing updates to management
