Position Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Associate to drive in-person sales across Maharashtra and Gujarat for Discoveries Quintessential. This role focuses on building client relationships, understanding client needs, and positioning our procurement platform as the ideal solution for heavy industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Conduct in-person meetings to establish and strengthen client relationships, address pain points, and showcase how our platform meets their needs. Proficiency in Marathi and familiarity with the local culture are advantageous.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to shape our sales approach and contribute insights to refine the sales process.
- People Management & Networking: Leverage connections to identify leads, deepen client relationships, and expand opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary of $50,000 per annum, with uncapped commission on successful client acquisitions. The company also provides direct access to leadership with the chance to shape the sales function, a supportive environment with strong career growth potential, and competitive revenue sharing opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institution
- 2-4 years of sales experience, ideally in high-performance environments
- Understanding of procurement processes, ideally with technical insight
- Proficiency in Marathi and familiarity with Maharashtra business culture preferred
