Job Overview

We seek a results-driven Sales Development Professional fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil to support our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through regular visits, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, close deals, and exceed sales targets by leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our sealing products to offer tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Market Expansion: Foster business growth by introducing our products to untapped markets, developing new accounts, and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with technical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi (Spoken), English, and Tamil to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the metal or oil and gas sectors.
  • A relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule with frequent client visits.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for career growth.
