About the Role
This full-time position requires working from our office in Bengaluru. Your primary focus will be on lead generation and sales through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify new business leads through research, calls, emails, and networking
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Team Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
- Progress Tracking: Monitor sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record of thriving in SaaS business environments
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CMS Proficiency: Proficient with CRM and sales tools
- Time Management: Strong time management skills
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and above
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is ₹2.4 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year.
