About the Role

This full-time position requires working from our office in Bengaluru. Your primary focus will be on lead generation and sales through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify new business leads through research, calls, emails, and networking
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record of thriving in SaaS business environments
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CMS Proficiency: Proficient with CRM and sales tools
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and above

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is ₹2.4 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year.
