3. Production Monitoring and Oversight
- Oversee ongoing production operations to ensure they run smoothly according to the production plan, identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor the progress of production activities and report any deviations or issues to the Production In-Charge, ensuring swift action is taken.
4. Dimensional Inspection and Verification
- Conduct online inspections of dimensional parameters to ensure products meet specified quality standards, verifying that products are within tolerances.
- Take corrective action if deviations are found, maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Job Assignment and Prioritization
- Assign specific tasks and jobs to workers in coordination with the Production In-Charge, determining which tasks need prioritization.
- E nsure workers are clear on their responsibilities, promoting effective teamwork.
