Lead Executive Position

The organization seeks a skilled Lead to spearhead its executive compensation and benefits initiatives. This individual will work closely with leadership to develop policies and strategies that drive company growth.

Portfolio of Executive Remuneration:
  • Developing comprehensive total rewards plans for senior executives, encompassing annual revisions from hire date through retirement.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Company Secretary, Nominations Committee, and Top Leadership, to ensure seamless budgeting, nominations, approvals, analysis, direction, and steering.
Stocks Portfolio:
  • Managing the annual cycle of RSU/PSU grants, from budgeting to vesting and post-vesting reporting.
  • Overseeing executive RSU, PSU grants, and regulatory reporting related to stocks and options.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing compensation structures, long-term and short-term incentive programs, to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Establishing linkages between compensation and performance-driven outcomes.
  • Deploying large-scale reward programs.
  • Conducting financial impact analyses and scenario-building.
  • Implementing digital solutions for improved program implementation.
  • Benchmarking reward programs with market intelligence to remain at the industry forefront.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration from a prestigious institution.
  • 5-8 years of experience in core compensation domain, preferably in similar organizations.
