Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Timesheet Processing: Thoroughly review and process timesheets to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Mailbox Management: Maintain a clean and organized mailbox, ensuring timely response to client inquiries.
- Error-Free Processing: Implement measures to prevent errors in timesheet processing and maintain accurate records.
- Special Instructions: Communicate effectively with clients regarding special instructions and ensure prompt execution.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with payroll experience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll software.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
