Job Title: Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing monthly salaries, employee reimbursements, and statutory compliances related to all employee payables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and review monthly payroll records and report financial information to management and government agencies.
  • Maintain Pay Register and oversee withholding tax related payroll processing.
  • Ensure adherence to SOP and policy guidelines in relation to withholding tax, statutory liabilities, etc.
  • Accounting of Salaries in General Ledger.
  • Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
  • Address queries from employees and internal customers in a timely and professional manner.
Objectives:
  • Support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems.
  • Strengthen the ultimate objective of timely disbursement of salaries and reimbursements.
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the compliance process.
  • Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of basic principles of Payroll, Finance, Accounting, and Bookkeeping.
  • Hands-on knowledge of US Payroll processing and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership, Team Management.
  • Time Management and Attention to Detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain company confidences.
  • Knowledge of SAP FICO and HCM is an added advantage.
