Job Title: Compensation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate payroll inputs from business teams and outputs from vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare detailed variance analysis for quality assessment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with payroll service providers and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Audit internal and external payroll processes to ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance principles.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a specific region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited university.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across geographies and cultures.
  • Ability to quickly understand and apply market legislation affecting payroll and statutory reporting.
