Proposal Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to engage with the sales team and craft proposals that meet customer needs while highlighting the advantages of partnering with Emerson.

The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Crafting proposals that align with strategic goals;
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales team;
  • Leveraging market dynamics and customer interactions to create effective communication strategies;
  • Developing execution strategies that contribute to overall business objectives;
  • Tailoring proposals to customer specifications and challenges;
  • Working closely with Operations organization, Engineering centers, and Third-party suppliers;
  • Optimizing solutions while maintaining competitiveness;
  • Participating in pre- and post-sales customer meetings and tender clarification meetings;
  • Becoming proficient in all company products and solutions;
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements;
  • FOLLOWING THE RECORD RETENTION POLICY WITH DILIGENCE;
