Lead Proposal Specialist

  • Job Description:
  • Develop comprehensive proposal responses for complex opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial RFP/RFQ/RFI review to final submission, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content.
  • Write, edit, and proof proposal materials, including proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and desktop publishing of final responses.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission, ensuring win themes and differentiators are effectively communicated.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience managing compliant, compelling proposal responses in commercial industries and channel partners.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.
  • Ability to deconstruct requirements and develop compliance matrices.
  • Strong business and IT modernization acumen, including cybersecurity, networking, and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and well-organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
