Senior Proposal Specialist

Join us in our pursuit of excellence as a Senior Proposal Specialist. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through effective proposal management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute proposal plans to meet customer needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and develop solutions
  • Prepare detailed costings and presentations to support proposal submissions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other software tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
