Business Development Manager - Channel Sales
Job Summary:As a Business Development Manager for Channel Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive regular sales. You will build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects for multiple products.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing Channel Partners/Value Added Resellers/SI and acquiring end Customers in Bengaluru & Upcounty of Karnataka
- Building and managing relationships with channel partners and System Integration to drive regular sales
- Building relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects for multiple products
- Understanding Eaton products and solutions and being ready to help customers/channel partners in crafting best optimized solutions
- Disseminating training and market Eaton's new product's launched from time to time to keep channel partners up-to-date
- Executing channel strategies like 'Partner Programs etc' to drive Eaton Enterprise business portfolio
- Developing a multi-tiered relationship with the new customers and competition accounts
- Monitoring industry trends and staying up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Identifying and resolving conflicts at an early stage for effective channel management
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics
- Minimum of 5-8 years field sales experience
- A history of selling 1 Phase UPS Systems, Batteries, PDU's, Server Racks, IT Solutions, Software is expected from the candidates
- Strong Customer connect, market intelligence, effective communication skills, Negotiation skills & self-drive to excel
