
Senior Sales Executive: Channel Partner Business Development

Role & responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new Channel Partners (CPs) including but not limited to on boarding Dealers / Distributors in Building materials, Engineer, Architect, Real Estate Agents and Contractors.
- Generate profitable New Sales via Channel Partners by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals as required to meet the accepted sales targets within the time frame.
- Provide support and coordinate with CPs to ensure success
- Manage the performance of existing CPs, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Create and manage channel partners budgets and forecasts
Preferred candidate profile
- Business Degree /Engineer / Graduate / Diploma or equivalent OR Proven experience & Track Record
- Strong Communication skills in English & Local Languages.
- Minimum 3-5 years Experience in Construction related industry or equivalent
- Must own Vehicle with a valid driving license
- Willingness to engage in cold calling with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Age not more than 45 years
- Computer literate, particularly MS Office
