Job Title: Sales Channel Developer
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Sales Channel Developer to identify and onboard new partners within assigned territories, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales activities of partners to achieve revenue targets by leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Collaborate with partners to create and execute business plans that meet sales goals, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual success.
- Analyze market trends to develop sales strategies that increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Evaluate partner sales performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and deliver product training programs for partners, empowering them to effectively promote and sell our offerings.
- Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing concerns in a timely manner, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities, staying ahead of industry developments.
- Foster positive working relationships with partners to build strong business connections and drive long-term growth.
- Stay current with the latest market developments and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Communicate updates about new products and enhancements to partners, ensuring they remain up-to-date on our offerings.
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
- Work closely with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricings, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Deliver engaging customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences, showcasing expertise and building credibility.
- Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and promotional events, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial automation hardware/software sales or IIoT (Industrial IoT) B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in building and managing sales channels, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.
- Highly proactive individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances are preferred.
