
Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, creating and delivering presentations, providing customer service, and account management.
- Manage key client accounts, taking ownership of deliverables, and following client delivery processes through interaction with clients and the creative team.
- Coordinate and quality-control projects like campaigns and other content creation assets as per agreed timelines.
- Receive client briefings, analyze client input, research, field feedback, etc.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities.
- Develop and manage digital marketing and social media content calendars.
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns for multiple channels.
- Manage social media accounts with regular updates.
- Routine paid campaign monitoring and optimization.
This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, along with experience in Client Services, Digital Marketing, and Account Management.
