Job Opportunity:

The primary goal of this role is to oversee client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements, scope, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to align project goals, objectives, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and development, driving business results through effective partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in a related field, preferably in digital marketing or web design/development.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and exceeding client expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving results through collaboration and effective communication.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g. Basecamp, ClickUp).
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions, driving business outcomes through innovation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
