Job Opportunity

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client relationships and driving business growth.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can work independently and as part of a strong team environment. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategic plans, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and account growth
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business results
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project objectives on time and on budget
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years experience in a creative, digital marketing, or web design/development agency
  • Prior experience handling or delivering digital/web-based projects
  • Passion for great work and the process plus strategies to drive it
  • Knowledge of web technologies and digital marketing (no coding experience required)
