Enterprise Client Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to foster and grow strategic relationships with key enterprise clients. As an Enterprise Client Strategist, you will develop and manage high-value client relationships, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique strategies, challenges, and technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a portfolio of high-value client relationships through regular communication, trust-building, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Deliver solutions by understanding client business objectives, market trends, and technical requirements.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, executive reviews, and strategic planning meetings to align with client goals.
  • Represent the client internally, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive growth.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights and market knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, translating client feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships with strong negotiation and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) with proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and data-driven engagement practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
