Job Title: Strategic Business Partner

As a strategic business partner, you will drive long-term partnerships for all stakeholders through escalation management and relationship building. You will translate client briefs into innovative and compelling branded content solutions in collaboration with other teams. Additionally, you will oversee end-to-end campaign management to ensure value delivery and customer retention through cross-selling and upselling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building trust with clients through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership development and management.
