The Role

  • Work with a dynamic team focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Gain experience in building and optimizing support systems and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and leaders, sharing insights and receiving direct feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead & Scale Sales Team – Hire, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Drive Revenue Growth – Build and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and maximize revenue from existing and new clients.
  3. Sales Training & Development – Conduct regular coaching sessions, skill-building programs and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
  4. Process & SOP Creation – Design and implement robust sales processes, reporting frameworks and SOPs for tracking, forecasting and performance measurement.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Customer Support to create a seamless customer experience.
  6. Onboarding & Induction – Oversee onboarding and training of new sales hires to ensure quick ramp-up and alignment with company goals.
  7. Strategic Planning – Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and plan long-term revenue growth.
