We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee our sales growth, client relationship management, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for developing and implementing student recruitment strategies to achieve targets.

Sales Leadership
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance student recruitment numbers, conversion ratios, and operational performance metrics.
  • Explore new markets and business opportunities to expand reach and establish the organization as a market leader.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain alignment with organizational goals.
Operational Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including data analysis, counselling, application processing, and admission confirmation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Strategic Planning & Growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to set business goals and expansion plans.
  • Create annual sales forecasts and performance reviews for sales and operations.
Team Management
  • Lead, train, and mentor sales, counselling, and operations teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, student-first service, and continuous improvement.

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and operations leadership roles is essential. Strong understanding of international admission, counselling, and visa procedures is necessary.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
